Victoria Schils, CFA, Director, is a Senior Product Strategist within BlackRock’s Systematic business (BSYS), with a specific focus on hedge funds. As a product strategist, she provides a link between the investment teams and client groups. During her tenure in product strategy, Ms. Schils has covered a range of alternative investment capabilities and fund structures. Prior to becoming a product strategist in 2013, Ms. Schils was a member of the Global Consultant Relations Group within BlackRock’s Institutional Client Business, where she was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with investment consultants. Ms. Schils began her career at BlackRock in 2010 as an Analyst. Ms. Schils earned a BS in finance and a BA in economics, with highest distinction, from Pennsylvania State University.
